The Vampire Hoteru Bible is finally complete, and is being printed out as I speak. The final step to our master plan is pitch this thing to Cartoon Network (to name just one studio).

Me and the guys have also created a series for G4, completely unrelated to Vampire Hoteru, that we plan on pitching to them in the next few weeks. We're pretty much tapping every friend and contact we can for their help, as they won't go unrewarded.

Ideally, we'd love to set up a studio in which all of our very talented friends can work and produce things like movies, comic books, video games, novels, etc. That's a long ways off, but every journey starts with that first step.

Selling these two shows, in my mind, will be those first few.

Now, completely unrelated, I went to my first "Porn Industry Party" last night, and it was surprisingly fun. It started with me helping the guests find the shuttles and the limo that was to take them to "The Lucky Strike," a bowling alley on Hollywood and Highland. At about 12am, i finally got to head to the party and chill out in the V.I.P. section for about two hours. It was definitely an interesting experience, as, before this, i had always been the guy *not* allowed in the V.I.P. part of anywhere (not even the grocery store. oh, you know they have one there, hidden away from your average shopper. those grocers are a wild bunch). Anyway, it wasn't as wild and debaucherous as I expected it to be, though there wasn't a shortage of gorgeous women groping all over each other for Photo-ops. Sadly, I didn't bring my camera. I did, hear, however, that some of the bigger parties (like the one's in Vegas they throw), can get a little wild. I think I'll be avoiding those, as I value certain parts of my anatomy that I'm sure my fiance would inflict massive damage to if I don't behave(unless I take her to the party next time. unfortunately, since i was working there, she couldn't go last night).

I had a blast (watching beautiful women bowl is oddly erotic, especially when they are scantily clad), and I'm looking forward to the next event (and the nice little bonus money I got for my troubles).

Life in L.A. can sure be strange sometimes. And unpredictable. A week ago I never would have thought I'd be chilling out with porn stars in a bowling alley.
